Since we spoke last October, and confirmed the generator sale, it was a pleasure Wednesday to meet you and put a face to the man that makes dealing with local small business a true pleasure.

The service you have provided to me, you just don't see it very often these days.  I would say that you have taken the Princess Auto Policy (NO SALE IS FINAL UNTIL THE CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED) one step further (in your own business) to insure the customer has the right product for his or her needs.  Your out of the way service is just too great to go unmentioned.

It has been a great pleasure dealing with you and I have already put your name out to people on our lake and will continue to do so.

1st Winter Storm of 2009 in Haliburton County with almost 4 feet of snow. We sent all our customers a reminder to clear off and around their generators.

 

Thank you ever so much!!  I can't believe that you actually went all the way there and did that!! We have had that family cottage for 55 years and I have continually found that the "Mindenites" are the most wonderful people.  I can't begin to thank you enough.  Please forward me a bill for your time and labour.

(I have also made arrangements for a neighbour to take care of this in the future.)

 Hi Carla, I just wanted to pass along a note to yourself and Steve.  The power was out here yesterday for about 5hrs and it gave me a chance to try out my equipment recently purchased from you. (King 6500 and genersafe)  It worked flawlessly and was easy to connect and disconnect.  I am very pleased with my purchase; it virtually ran the house with only a couple of exceptions that we knew we could not use.

 Our standby generator is used as a back up for both our heating system and appliances.  During recent power outages in the Minden area the generator automatically kicked in and everything kept on functioning as usual.  This system allows us to be at home in comfort during outages and leave home in the winter without worrying the house might freeze!

The installation was done quickly and professionally by friendly people so we're recommending you to anyone looking for a generator solution!

We are very pleased with Steve and Carla's recommendations, and their installation of our Guardian Generac stand-by generator in January of 2007.  Since then, we have noted nine local power failures across our local utility grid.  It has been reassuring to experience the automatic protection of this system, particularly through a two day utility failure in the fall, and another twenty-five hour failure during sub-zero winter exposure.  Thanks Minden Electric, and now Generator Solutions, for your original suggestions, and your continuing responsible servicing.  We appreciate the electrical security you've assured us of.

 We have enjoyed having our generator, it has been very reliable and not used to often, but when the power does go down we feel confident that we have power for our sump pump, otherwise we would be mopping.  Of course it is so handy for so many other things like keeping warm in the winter storm, and so many other things, very glad that we have it!!!
